The City of Pennock offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft

Automatic Bank Draft (ACH) This is the most convenient way to pay. Your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account with no set-up fees or transaction charges. To Enroll: Download the [ACH Form] below, fill it out, and return it to our office with a voided check.

Payment Drop-Off Location

Payment Drop-Off Location You may pay your bill in person at City Hall: 205 NW 2nd Street, Pennock, MN. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays, and the first business day after a holiday are typically our busiest times.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay via Your Bank Many banks offer a free or low-cost online bill payment service through their website or mobile app. When setting this up, please ensure you use your correct utility account number. Note that these payments can take up to seven business days to reach us, so please plan accordingly to avoid late fees.
